不知什么時候起,“契約精神” 就和我們對外國人的印象緊緊聯系在一起,不管是否屬實,現代契約——合同條例,都是人才管理的基礎。

在多數HR看來,這種合同是規定和約束的代名詞,這種效力源自條例設置和執行力度。

我們負責人王女士辦理了多年招聘外教相關資質,多年來在外教“聘評管”制度性建設上積累了不少經驗。王女士說,擬定合同關鍵是寫清“外教的權責與待遇”。

權責部分包含崗位職責、工作關系,如課時要求、工作時間、匯報對象、評估要點等;待遇部分需要細化至薪酬框架、漲幅安排以及具體福利與加班補貼的計算等。

『尤其是外教的工作時間,這一點非常重要。如果外教合同中沒有備注周末加班的說明,那在之后的管理工作中會很難溝通。』張礫表示,對外教來說,海外教學并不意味著長久的工作與生活,多數人更看重異國文化與生活體驗,外教在周末的“失聯”也并不奇怪。

除此之外,工作時間的明確還源于國際學校的運營需求。在教學、課程活動之外,學校往往需要外教參與市場類、招生類的對外活動,而這類活動的時間多在周末。

“Especially the working time of foreign teachers is very important. If there is no note on weekend overtime in the foreign teacher contract, it will be difficult to communicate in subsequent management work. Zhang Li said that for foreign teachers, overseas teaching does not mean long-term work and life. Most people value foreign cultures and life experiences, and it is not surprising that foreign teachers “lost contact” on weekends.

In addition, the clear working hours also stem from the operating needs of international schools. In addition to teaching and curriculum activities, schools often need foreign teachers to participate in market-oriented and enrollment-type external activities, and such activities are mostly on weekends.

In addition to remuneration, schools and foreign teachers should also make relevant agreements on professional development. Lily is an HR in an international school just starting school. She mentioned that “the foreign teacher contract must clearly state how many training opportunities there are in a year, including internal and external training, and the subsidy provided by the school when participating in external training. , How many times a year, and the maximum amount.

Regarding the contract regulations, she believes that at the beginning of the school, the foreign teacher contract is not detailed enough, and there are many areas that need to be increased and improved. “On the one hand, the improvement of regulations is to better implement management, and on the other hand, it is to improve the efficiency of HR work.
